The RNC is investigating the theft of firearms from a vehicle in the capital city this week.
Police responded to a theft call from a hotel in the east end on Thursday.
Four firearms, which were stored in the vehicle, were reported missing along with 300 rounds of 9 mm ammunition and 15 empty firearm magazines.
Police say the theft is believed to have happened sometime between midnight and 9:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Cst. James Cadigan of the RNC says a vehicle parked at the Holiday Inn was broken into.
The stolen handguns were stored in a hardcover Pelican case.
They include:
Sig Sauer 1911R – 45 caliber Pistol
Sig Sauer M17 – 9mm Lugar Pistol
CZ 75 SP01 Shadow 2 – 9mm Lugar Pistol
Glock 19x – 9mm Lugar Pistol
