The RNC are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man in the capital city.
33-year-old Scott Perry Morgan Osmond was reported missing at around 7:00 p.m. yesterday from the area of the Waterford Hospital.
Osmond is described as 5 foot 7 seven and weighs approximately 250 pounds.
He has a bald head, goatee and was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black shorts with sneakers.
He was last seen in the area of Waterford Bridge Road.
Police believe he is likely in the east end of the Avalon. However, he may be attempting to make his way to central.
