The City of St. John’s is allowing changes to the Pedestrian Mall.
Businesses in the mall footprint on Water Street in St. John’s can now expand beyond their own storefronts.
The city says the applicant will have to present an insurance certificate amendment, letter of consent from the building owner, and a Downtown Pedestrian Mall application.
A building application is also required if a structure is to be built.
