The Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation has closed five retail locations as a result of the labour dispute at Dominion stores.
NLC says NLC locations at Murphy’s Square Corner Brook, Pearlgate Plaza in Mount Pearl, and the Blackmarsh Road, Stavanger Drive and Memorial Stadium locations in St. John’s are closed until further notice.
The NLC will continue to monitor the situation and say they will make changes as they are needed.

Meanwhile, the Goodlife Fitness club at the Blackmarsh Road location is also closed due to the job action taken by unionized Dominion store employees.
All members have been granted access to other clubs.
The Blackmarsh location is a women-only gym, but Goodlife at Atlantic Place downtown and the Mount Pearl location also have women-only facilities.
