RCMP in Clarenville are investigating a recent armed robbery at a local convenience store.
Police say a person, holding a weapon, entered the Needs Convenience around 10:00 p.m. Friday, demanding cash. The suspect left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
There were no injuries.
The suspect was wearing a disposable face mask, a black hoodie with grey trim, white gloves and black pants. They were described as approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with a thin build.
