Rotational workers are being advised of an identified COVID outbreak at the LNG Canada project site in Kitimat, British Columbia.
The Department of Health was notified about the outbreak by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
Rotational workers at the project site who have returned to Newfoundland and Labrador in the last 14 days are asked to self-isolate away from household members and call 811 to arrange for testing.
Those workers must now complete the full 14-day self-isolation period regardless of their COVID test result.
