Freezing drizzle and a drop in temperatures in the metro region have resulted in less than ideal road conditions.
Roads are slick and covered in black ice. It’s been a busy morning for emergency crews as they respond to a number of accidents throughout the area.
The RNC issued a road advisory asking drivers to reduce their speed until conditions improve.
ADVISORY
With the recent drop in temperatures, roads in the metro area have become very slippery. We have 3 accidents reported in the last 25 minutes. #nltraffic are requested to reduce their speed until road conditions improve.
