The province has reached a tentative deal to extend its collective agreement with the Association of Allied Health Professionals into next year.
It comes with a couple of amendments, including a salary increase and a reduction in long-term financial liabilities through changes to post-employment benefits for new employees.
The association will present the deal to its 750 members in the coming weeks.
