The Avalon Peninsula was hardest hit by that storm yesterday with close to 35 cm of fresh snow down.
The Clarenville and Bonavista regions got a little over 15 cm and Central Newfoundland also got dinged with about 10 cm.
Schools on the Avalon Peninsula are going to open three hours later than normal and bus runs will also be delayed by three hours.
Many places in metro including city facilities are going with delayed openings today.
