First Doses of AstraZeneca Vaccine Land in NL, Premier Confirms on Social Media

Newfoundland and Labrador’s first shipment of AstraZeneca has arrived.

Premier Andrew Furey announced the news via his Twitter account earlier today. The first shipments of the vaccine arrived in Canada last week.

Public Health officials announced last week that first responders and frontline essential staff would be first in line to receive the AstraZeneca vaccines.
