A St. John’s man accused of breaking into a Torbay pharmacy last week has been released on conditions.
40-year-old Bradley Guy was arrested last night in connection with the break-in at District Drugs PharmaChoice last Friday night.
Guy was also charged with breaching conditions of an earlier release.
He appeared in court via teleconference from the St. John’s Lockup this morning, but was admonished by Judge Jacqueline Brazil for referring to her as “my dear.”
Guy quickly apologized, saying: “Sorry, that’s the bayman coming out in me, your honour.”
He’s due back in court March 17.
