The Registered Nurses Union says a meeting with Eastern Health last night has resulted in a schedule for vaccination for members who still have not received their vaccine.

The RNU has made repeated requests for more information for members who were awaiting their vaccines, but until last night, received very little information.

That prompted a public plea for transparency from public health officials.

President of the Registered Nurses Union, Yvette Coffey says while they didn’t get much new information in yesterday’s public briefing, they met virtually with Eastern Health last night who provided them with a schedule.

Those appointments for vaccinations will begin next week says Coffey.
