The City of St. John’s has announced its reopening plans under Alert Level 2.
Beginning on Monday, the Access Centre and Building Counter will reopen to the public. As well, city council will resume their in-person meetings, though media and the general public will not be allowed to attend.
Recreation programs at the Mews and Paul Reynolds centres will reopen for lane and leisure swims. Registration is required through the RECconnect service.
Registration for spring programming will begin on April 5. All seniors events are postponed until further notice.
As for Humane Services, they will be by appointment only.
