Premier Andrew Furey plans to open the House of Assembly sometime in April.
Furey says the province is facing three crises; economic, demographic and the one created by the pandemic.
He admits the problems cannot be fixed overnight.
Furey says no one budget or idea is going to get the province out of the current situation. He says government needs to work through 5 to 10-year strategies to address those pressing matters.
