Although he’s no longer the leader of the provincial PC Party, Ches Crosbie won’t say if he thinks Chief Electoral Officer Bruce Chaulk should be removed from his position following what Crosbie calls a “disgraceful” election process.
Crosbie stepped down as party leader on Wednesday and said there were many irregularities and things to be dissatisfied about in the electoral process, calling it a “shamble” in many ways.

He says he’ll leave that determination about Chaulk’s future up to the House of Assembly.
He says that’s something the Legislature is able to vote on as there is a provision in the Elections Act for this type of thing.
Crosbie will leave it to the collective wisdom of members to decide what, if anything, should be done with Bruce Chaulk.
