A growing number of high school students are speaking out about not returning to in-class instruction after the Easter break.
While students in K-9 have returned to in-class instruction, high school students have stayed in the online learning format because they cannot stay within a classroom cohort.
It was initially hoped that high school students would return to in-class instruction after the Easter break, but it appears that won’t happen right away, causing some students to speak out.
The English School District has posted a video offering assurances to students who are concerned about what the coming weeks and months have in store.
CEO Tony Stack is asking students not to worry. He addresses concerns regarding the transition to post-secondary life, saying he is confident that teachers can still properly assess students and provide valid grades.
