A man from Happy Valley-Goose Bay was displaced after his home was extensively damaged by fire this weekend.
The fire broke out Friday night at about 8:00. The house is located on Hamilton River Road.
The man was checked over at the hospital, then released.
Canadian Red Cross volunteers arranged emergency accommodations and meals for the man. They will provide additional supports if needed following the Easter long weekend.
