There is one new case of COVID-19 in the province today bringing the total number of active cases to five.
The case, which is in the Eastern Health region, is under investigation.
The Department of Health and Community Services has issued an advisory to rotational workers about identified COVID outbreaks at two Alberta worksites.
They include Suncor’s MacKay River site and the CNRL Jackfish site.
Rotational workers at those sites who have returned to the province in the last 14 days must self-isolate away from other household members can call 811 to arrange for COVID testing.
