The provincial government is now accepting applications for its enhanced Job Creation Partnerships program.
Living allowances for participants in the program have been increased this year. Positions such as labourers will get $510 weekly, moderately skilled positions such as Museum interpreters will get $540, and supervisory or coordinator positions will receive $590.
The program supports not-for-profit projects where workers gain skills and experience to help them gain employment.
