Parks Canada admits that demand for camping at federal parks is high for the summer season and they’re urging patience for those logging on to make reservations.

Local lawyer Mark Gruchy recently posted to Facebook about the long line-up on line, indicating there were more than 10,000 people ahead of him in the reservation system.

Campers on the Terra Nova National Park Facebook page are raising similar concerns about getting through to the reservation system.

Parks Canada is urging patience as the reservations on longterm camping opened yesterday. Reservations for all other camping opens on Monday, April 26th.
