The recent arrest of a man in Conception Bay North for allegedly breaching court-ordered conditions has led to even more charges.
29-year-old Justin King of Western Bay was arrested on Wednesday after he was noticed at a home he had been ordered to stay away from.
Police pulled King over after he left the property, and noticed a catalytic converter—suspected to have been stolen during a recent theft in Carbonear—inside his vehicle.
The vehicle was seized and a number of items were also located and seized including a quantity of suspected Crystal Meth, cash, a battery-powered saw, and a vehicle jack.
Further investigation led officers to the recovery of a stolen truck from a home in Clarke’s Beach.
King is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime, theft of a motor vehicle, and six counts of breaking court orders.
He’s been released to appear in court at a later date.
