The Naval Reserve Division is conducting a small boat exercise in St. John’s Harbour this weekend.
The training exercise is to practise small boat operations, communication and marine emergency response.
Two inflatable boats will be in the harbour and may travel as far as Quidi Vidi and Freshwater Bay.
Residents can expect to see the boats doing shoreline searches, simulated casualty recovery and towing exercises. They will end by 5:00 each day this weekend.
