The Pitts Memorial ramp onto the Trans Canada Highway has re-opened after emergency vehicles responded to an overturned tractor-trailer this afternoon.

Traffic was re-routed as the truck was removed from the westbound lanes.

The driver did not suffer any serious injuries after a gust of wind toppled his truck.
