A free Lotto Max ticket he won in a previous draw turned out to be a $1 million dollar winner.
Terry Savory checked a number of tickets and was shocked to learn that he’d won a million on a Maxmillions prize.
He jokes it took a while to convince his daughter of the good news. “She thought I was pranking her,” he says.
His plans include giving his daughter a dream vacation, paying off his mortgage, and sharing his good fortune by supporting some of his favourite charities.
