RCMP have seized a quantity of alcohol that was destined for the dry community of Natuashiush.
On June 25, an investigation involving Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP, the Newfoundland Liquor Corporation, and Canadian Postal inspectors intercepted 67 bottles.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing. RCMP are encouranging the public to report all illegal activities to their local detachment or Crime Stoppers.
