Registered sex offender Matthew Twyne will once again apply for bail tomorrow.
The 35-year-old was arrested Sunday near his Mount Pearl residence, again accused of failing to stay away from places popular with kids, such as parks and swimming pools.
Twyne already has about 100 convictions on his record, some for exposing himself to children, and the rest for breaking court orders to stop doing it.
In provincial court today, Twyne requested another chance at bail, something the Crown said it will oppose.
The bail hearing is set for tomorrow morning.
