Power has been restored to areas near Freshwater Road after an unplanned power outage due to a car colliding with a utility pole around The Bigs restaurant.
Freshwater is still closed between Stamp’s Lane and Elizabeth as crews work to repair the damage.
The driver fled the scene before crews could arrive, the matter is under investigation.
