More local airports are receiving much-needed funding to help address a dramatic loss in revenue caused by travel restrictions imposed to stem the spread of COVID-19.
St. John’s International received $11.8-million in funding yesterday through ACOA.
The Goose Bay Airport Corporation today received $1.7-million in funding.
This $11.8M funding not only plays an integral role to help sustain our operations, it is vital in supporting our province’s economic recovery. YYT provides connectivity to the rest of the country and the world – a necessity for growth and opportunities for the people of NL. https://t.co/kzJdOl4mT9
