Students from all over the country and the rest of the world converged on MUN this week on “move-in” day as they take up residence on campus.
MUN President Vianne Timmons was on hand to welcome many of them.
She said in a tweet that they are all double vaccinated, and all registered at www.my.mun.ca.

A virtual orientation event for guardians of new MUN students is taking place tonight. Memorial’s Student Life office is hosting an online event to allow guardians to meet and hear from university leadership in breakout sessions with student support services. The event takes place tonight from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, there will be a virtual open house this afternoon for faculty and staff. It will be hosted by President Timmons starting at 12:30 p.m.
