A Carbonear family is dealing with a difficult and heart-breaking situation that no family should have to face.
Five-year-old Trinty Ellsworth, whose father Edwin is on the Carbonear Volunteer Fire Department, was recently diagnosed with a brain tumour and is undergoing treatment at the Janeway.
Members of the Carbonear Fire Department are hosting a car wash as a fundraiser for the family this Saturday at TC Square. All proceeds will go toward helping the family.
