Philip Pynn was back before a judge this morning, looking to dispose of the latest charges against him.
Pynn was arrested in early July, his third run-in with the law since returning to the province last December.
In March, he was charged with breaching conditions of his release following his 2011 conviction for manslaughter.
A warrant was issued for his arrest, he turned himself in, and was released the next day.
A month later another warrant was issued in connection with a theft from Bogarts Jewellers on Aberdeen Avenue.
Pynn again turned himself in and was once more released on conditions.
Then in July, he was charged again, this time with breaking conditions of his curfew.
The 36-year-old was sentenced to time served, but remains in custody pending the outcome of the remaining charges of theft and breach of release conditions.
Pynn’s lawyer Mark Gruchy told the court there is an agreement with the Crown on sentencing.
That’s now set for next week.
