COVID testing continues to be made available in Twillingate today due to new cases of the virus in Central Newfoundland.
The testing is being conducted to determine the level of possible community spread in the Twillingate area.
Testing will be available to those who are close contacts of confirmed cases or are symptomatic, and to students and staff of the area’s school population.
The clinics will be held at the George Hawkins Memorial Arena in Twillingate today from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
People who need to be tested do not need to book an appointment and walk-ins are welcomed.
