Former Vice President of Programs at Safety NL Wins Roger Cyr Award

The former Vice President of Programs at Safety NL has been recognized with a prestigious national award for his work in promoting railroad safety.

Lloyd Hobbs won the 2020 Roger Cyr Award from Operation Lifesaver Canada.

National Director of Operation Lifesaver Canada, Sarah Mayes says Hobbs’ background and his desire to educate Canadians to prevent needless rail crossing and trespassing tragedies “makes him very deserving” of the award.
