The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is seeking help from the public in locating a suspect in a robbery that occurred in St. John’s over the weekend.
Police say that just before 4:30 on Sunday a man entered the Newfoundland Liquor Corporation location on Ropewalk Lane.
They say he grabbed some merchandise and threatened violence in order to exit the store.
Officers were unable to locate the man.
Police have released photos of the man inside the store, and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477.
