The annual VOCM Cares Happy Tree campaign has begun.

It’s that time of year again, as Happy emerges from their deep summer hibernation.

The hosts of the VOCM Morning Show, Ben Murphy and Gerri Lynn Mackey, were joined by upwards of 50 families, members of the Salvation Army, and Santa Claus himself to wake up Happy at the Avalon Mall today.

The Happy Tree, held in partnership with the Salvation Army, helps gather gifts to ensure no child or teen is forgotten this holiday season.

Unwrapped gifts can be dropped off at the Avalon Mall Happy Tree until Christmas eve.
