Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Janice Fitzgerald was on hand to personally administer some of the first doses of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
Nine-year-old Charlie Gover was among the first in line to receive his vaccine, and even received a high-five after from Dr. Fitzgerald afterwards.
Gover says he wasn’t too nervous going in, and aside from his arm being a bit sore, was feeling good after getting his shot.
