High winds in the forecast today mean St. John’s will postpone garbage collection. This will be the second time in less than a week for the capital city.

Garbage collection in St. John’s for area 2A and 2B including recycling collection in area 2B will be postponed for today and take place instead on Wednesday, December 8.

Garbage collection normally scheduled for Wednesday will go ahead as usual. Garbage collection in St. John’s had to be postponed on Friday for similar reasons.

Meanwhile, Garbage collection will proceed as normal in Mount Pearl and Paradise. However recycling has been cancelled.

Garbage collection and recycling will go ahead in Conception Bay South.
