Canada’s largest Hyundai dealership resides in St. John’s.

Capital Auto Group President Frank Howard says the 68,000 sq. ft. facility is more than double the size of its previous location, and takes a major leap forward in terms of customer experience, convenience and service.

Jon Howard, chief operating officer, says yesterday’s official launch is a direct result of their optimism in the future of Newfoundland and Labrador’s automotive industry.

Located at 515 Kenmount Road, the building’s exterior is finished on a brushed bronze with design elements inspired by cloud and wave patterns in nature.

It even features a groomed walking trail for customers and staff.

Other features include a 12-car showroom, kids’ area and an in-house bistro.

With both Capital Hyundai and Capital Auto Group staff now located at the facility, it’s home to 115 employees and is prepared for further growth next year.
