Labrador Grenfell-Health says services are temporarily reduced at the White Bay Central Health Centre in Roddickton Bide-Arm because there is no physician available on site.
A physician will not be available until Monday morning.
Care is still being provided through regional health nurses who are on-site 24 hours a day.
Those nurses will be supported virtually from the hospital in St. Anthony for urgent and emergent issues, according to the health authority.
