Professor in the division of bio-medicine at Memorial University, Dr. Mike Wahl says one common mistake people often make is to hold back on eating before heading out.
He says it’s better to eat something before you go out, to prevent yourself from over-indulging.
He says if you eat a proper meal or something healthy before you head out, you’re less likely to browse and fill up on all those less healthy offerings.
