A Metrobus sustained significant damage following a run-in with a snowplow Tuesday morning.
The collision occurred shortly before noon on Slattery Road in the east end of St. John’s near the Home Port apartments.
Roads were extremely slippery at the time, as heavy snow had just started falling in below-zero temperatures.
The rear passenger side of the bus took most of the brunt, with the side doors and a large window taken out in the collision.
No one was injured but the RNC were on scene and are investigating.
