Another 750 confirmed COVID cases are being reported in the province. 427 cases are reported since yesterday, while the remaining 323 cases are through testing that was sent out of province in the week after Christmas.

Five people are now in hospital in the province.

606 of the cases reported today are in the Eastern Health region, 21 are in Central Health, 37 are in Western Health and 70 are in the Labrador-Grenfell Health region.

Another 16 cases were confirmed through private lab testing.

With 494 new recoveries, there are 6,211 active cases in the province.
