A man and woman are facing charges after a theft at a Corner Brook business on Thursday morning.
At approximately 9:40 a.m. officers responded to a report of a theft in the area of Murphy Square.
They were told a man and woman fled the scene on foot with valuable merchandise.
The RNC, with support from Corner Brook RCMP located the suspects a short time later.
A 37-year-old man has been charged with theft, while a 27-year-od female has been charged with theft and breach of court order.
Both were released to appear in court at a later date.
