A woman charged in connection with an alleged kidnapping in early December has been arrested again for breaching court conditions.
33-year-old Theresa Lynn O’Grady was picked up on Tuesday and charged with breaking two conditions of her release, which included a curfew and orders to have no contact with three others accused in the same case.
They include 40-year-old Jeff Aylward, 38-year-old Joe Aylward, and 36-year-old Philip Pynn.
Police say all four were in a car that was pulled over on Oliver’s Pond Road late on the night of December 6.
Also in that car was a 27-year-old man who had allegedly been abducted by the suspects about an hour earlier. It’s believed the man was unharmed by the time police got to him.
The four accused were subsequently charged with kidnapping and extortion. Pynn, Jeff Aylward and O’Grady face additional charges of breaching previous court orders.
O’Grady is now the only one of the four in custody, with a bail hearing set for today.
All four are due back in court on January 27 to answer to the charges of extortion and kidnapping.
