A pedestrian was sent to hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Carbonear.
Shortly after 4:00 p.m. yesterday, police were called to the intersection of Beach Road and High Road South where a man in his 60’s had been struck by a vehicle.
He was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured in the collision.
The incident is under investigation.
Harbour Grace RCMP are asking anyone who witnessed the event, or has dash cam or surveillance footage to get in contact with them.
