Newfoundland and Labrador is reporting its 25th death related to COVID-19.
The man, who was in his 70s, was located in the Eastern Health region.
The province is reporting 317 new confirmed cases of COVID-19. 314 since Friday, and three from out-of-province testing. 212 of the cases are in Eastern Health, 40 in Central Health, 49 in Western Health, and 12 in Labrador-Grenfell Health, as well as 14 via a private lab.
Nine people are in hospital and there are 5,171 active cases in the province.
