The RNC have laid charges against a young man in connection with sexual assaults against children dating back nearly ten years.
Police have charged a 20-year-old man, who would have been a child himself at the time of the alleged offences, with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching.
The charges stem from incidents which occurred in the St. John’s area between 2013 and 2015.
The accused, who was charged on January 14th, was held in custody to appear in provincial court.
