Some COVID travel protocols have eased.
Fully-vaccinated travelers entering the province no longer have to self-isolate on arrival starting today.
They do still need to take rapid tests for five days after their arrival.
While that won’t make a big difference according to the CAA’s Steve Olmstead, it does remove another barrier to travelers bound for, or returning to, Newfoundland and Labrador.
He says mentally, it’s one less hurdle.
