The family of a little girl who gave so much and got so much back in return say her legacy continues.
Nevaeh Denine was only nine years old when she passed away in 2018, but the love and positivity she spread in her short life has continued to blossom and grow.
Nevaeh and her mom Holly are being recognized with Meritorious Service Decorations by the Governor General for their efforts in raising funds for families affected by pediatric cancer, and by spreading positivity and kindness through Nevaeh’s Angel Foundation.
Nevaeh’s Lemonade Stand helped to ease the financial burden faced by families affected by childhood cancer and Holly says that effort continues to this day.
She says people came together for them, and they want to continue to spread that love and support.
