A staple amongst the capital city’s downtown has passed away.
Condolences for “Downtown” Patrick Brown began pouring in on social media Sunday night.
Brown was well-known in the area, with many reflecting on his kind heart and helpful nature.
Some have shared stories of him picking up trash downtown, putting up posters, helping to shovel people’s driveways and of his dedication to the local arts community.
